Great cd it really does make you not want to smoke or eat garbage extremely relaxing. Honestly this is one of the best stop smoking hypnosis cds. I bought it even though it did not have a lot of reviews I am glad I did.

This powerful CD is one of the best smoking cessation tools I have ever seen. When I first "Quit Smart" I was feeling symptoms of withdrawal. Not only does this CD help to thoroughly relax you, but it helps reinforce and maintain your decision to not smoke.
